Using the Industry recognized software called NADA combined with Gary’s experience of current market conditions will result in an accurate market value of your home. A general valuation can be obtained by completing a questionnaire for an assessment fee of $50. A more complex valuation of your home requires a personal visit by Gary and those are based on distance and time required. The average assessment fee for these more detailed valuations is on an average of $450. Our fee is $450 and includes a Form 500 Sales Contract and all of the necessary paperwork for State and Local authorities in the State of Arizona only. Listing your home with Black Hawk requires a different fee structure and is more comprehensive than our dealership just handling your paperwork. For information about listing your home with Black Hawk you are invited to contact one of our sales staff to assist you. In addition, if your sale is complex and requires legal advice, we recommend you contact your attorney. Home Purchase Paperwork Consulting time with Gary can be purchased in 15 minute increments and 1 hour blocks. See drop down menu for actual cost and discounted rates for larger blocks. Gary is available for work as a Consultant and Expert Witness for litigation in the State of Arizona for Manufactured Homes only. Fee for expert testimony consultation or preparation is $150 per hour. Fee for actual testimony is $350 per hour and is charged for all time Gary is required to be in the courtroom. Travel time is billed at $150 per hour and any travel related expenses are approved in advance and billed as required. |
